Office Administrator / Personal Assistant

    MEIC UK and Glan Agua UK, two companies that are part of Mota-Engil Group, a global engineering and construction group, are looking for an Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to join the team in their Dublin office. The role will require strong accounts, secretarial and administration experience.

  • Duties

    • General bookkeeping including logging purchase invoices, monitoring staff expenses and credit card statements, credit control
    • General banking including online payments
    • General office administration
    • PA to MD
    • Handling phone calls and queries
    • Ordering office equipment, stationery and tape stock
    • Ensuring clients are looked after with regards to lunch and drinks.
    • Ensuring the office runs smoothly, including reviewing suppliers for phones, office equipment, stationary, electricity, insurances, etc.
    • HR - employment agencies, personal documentation, maintenance of personnel records including staff holiday/ sickness
    • Ad hoc duties
  • Key Capabilities & Attributes

    • Previous bookkeeping experience useful
    • General knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
    • Attention to detail
    • Versatile and energetic
